Direct E-commerce P&L strategies across globe, develop emerging segment of professional drones via online networks, as well as plan and organise promotional & media campaigns to achieve business growth and enhance overall ROI. Identify and secure market-leading projects and profitable partnerships with marketplaces (amazon, Ebay...), third parties, and sales companies.
* Increase Direct E-commerce turnover from 1% to 15% of total company mass market turnover (15M€ in 2016) by installing parrot.com & Marketplaces in about 29 countries through strategic development and execution of international e-commerce plans (Europe, China, Japan, USA).
* Develop & accelerate Indirect E-commerce turnover (Amazon and E-retail) through product content, ranking optimizations and media investments.
* Successfully designed and initiated company's new platform "Life.Elevated" across all communication channels.
* Planned and organised countrywide media campaigns (awareness, acquisition, affiliations, RTB, and SEA) with budget of several million Euros.
* Enhanced customer experience by developing CRM through data science (2M contacts), customer services, and logistics.
